About CareSync Pro

CareSync Pro is a care home management system: a single place to record and review everything a home has to keep on top of. Clinical care and compliance sit alongside occupancy, staffing, housekeeping, maintenance and the money that keeps a home running, so a director or manager can see the whole picture without chasing paperwork between departments. Internal audits and compliance checks are scored, and an action plan is raised automatically whenever a check falls short, so nothing is left unaddressed.

It is built for the people who run and work in UK care homes: directors and group managers accountable for several homes, registered and deputy managers running one, quality and clinical leads, nurses and team leaders recording care day to day, and the maintenance, housekeeping, kitchen, administration and finance teams behind them. Everyone signs in with their own account, sees only what their role needs, and each record shows who entered it and when.

Day to day, staff log incidents, wounds, weights, medication errors, safeguarding concerns and complaints, track dependency, training and staffing hours, and complete the audits that keep a home inspection-ready. Directors see the same information rolled up across their homes, with budgets, expenditure, occupancy and external inspection ratings alongside it.
